Being a 20 something self-dependent girl with OCD living in a fast paced city can take its toll on you. You can end up running around like a hamster in a wheel or give up all together. It is so hard to find a mid-way. This is when you work your mind and not let it sweat the small stuff. I can also be a little control freak. But this shoot was a lesson I had to learn.
In my head I had it all ready and planned, but post a long work day and waiting in the queue to get some much needed cash, I passed out. Morning came and I ran around trying to get ready and do that on time. When the shoot began, I told myself, enough fretting over things. It is a new day and I shall let my hair down and have fun this time. I let my photographer shoot without checking every second shot he took. I played my music and I let my vibe do the talking.
I was quite happy with the results, much happier compared to days when I know my shots, I tell him my list and bam bam bam! Must be the company I am keeping as well. I have always been a quality conscious person when it comes to materialistic things. This time I opted for some my kind of quality time and my day was a real good one.
About this outfit, this look is perfect for dancing around to the beat of your own drums; laidback, comfortable and still edgy with the slogan and frayed hem.
Tell me what you think.
